We will contact you for an initial interview via Zoom. Please allow approximately half an hour to forty-five minutes for this.
We value an exchange as equals and would like to find out together with you whether we are a good fit. Both the HR and the specialist department will participate in the discussions.
A job application process always involves two parties: therefore, we ask you to take your time to reflect after the interview and then provide us with your feedback.
The Second Interview
We do the same, and if both sides feel good about it, we arrange another meeting on-site at our publishing house. It is important to us that you can get an impression of our company and the atmosphere.
It's a match! Then comes the contract drafting - things get concrete: in this step, we discuss all the details with you and prepare your contract documents.
