Rose Marie Green is a food and travel journalist, restaurant critic, and very successful cookbook author. She has published over 100 books, several of which have received awards, such as silver medals from the German Gastronomic Academy or the Gourmand World Cookbook Award. The trained chef, who lives in Berlin and shares her culinary experiences in cooking classes, is always on the trail of indulgence. Traveling on gourmet trips from Italy to Bali, she gathers many ideas and inspirations.
