About the Author
Regine Stroner
Regine Stroner is a freelance food journalist and author who has already published several successful cookbooks and baking books. After studying domestic science and communication, she worked for several years as an editor for a major women's magazine. She lives with her three children and her husband, a Michelin-starred chef with whom she runs a traditional country inn, in Hohenlohe. She regularly shares her culinary expertise in cooking and baking classes and workshops, as well as making occasional television appearances on ARD and SWR.
