Nadja Bruhn

Nadja Bruhn is Germany's first cookie designer. The qualified fashion designer previously worked for international fashion labels until she turned her passion for baking into a profession. After internships in confectioneries, she passed the trade examination and founded her cookie manufactory in Hamburg in 2011, naming it after her two sons, Henk and Henri.
