Marlisa Szwillus

Writing, cooking, and enjoying are her passions. After studying nutritional science, she managed the cooking department of Germany's largest food and drink magazine for several years, among other roles. She now works as a freelance journalist and book author, is a member of the Food Editors Club Germany, has written or contributed to around 50 books, and has received several awards for her work.
