Markus Holzer

Markus Holzer, head chef at the South Tyrolean restaurant Jora am Haunold (jora.it), has made a name for himself with regional specialties crafted from the finest local products. His pasta evenings are particularly popular, where he delights guests with a colourful variety of homemade pasta and sauce creations. Since September 2015, the pasta chef has also been showcasing his creations on the Italian TV show "La prova del cuoco".
