Hans Gerlach

Hans Gerlach worked as a chef in European Michelin-starred restaurants for many years, then studied architecture, and is now a food journalist, food photographer, and stylist, as well as the author of numerous cookbooks. Hans Gerlach became known for his columns in the Süddeutsche Zeitung magazine and Gault Millau magazine. Today, he also writes and photographs for well-known German magazines and other newspapers such as Nido, Lust auf Genuss, Donna, and Welt am Sonntag. In addition, he works as a "Kitchen Coach" and product developer for organic companies and restaurants.
