About the Author

Halszka Nazarczuk

Halszka Nazarczuk, born in Poland and raised in Hanover, completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Design at Hanover University of Applied Sciences in 2014. Her graduation film "Das Wintermädchen" was recently screened at the Basel Gässli Film Festival 2016 and won first prize in the main category.
She currently lives and works in her adopted home of Hamburg as a freelancer, specializing in 2D animation, stop-motion, and illustration.
She enjoys developing and implementing new ideas as much as she does fine-tuning in post-production.
In doing so, she not only utilizes her knowledge from her studies and completed projects, but also her IT background from her completed training as an IT specialist and her curiosity about the world and how it works.
