Benjamin Schilling

Benjamin Schilling works as a freelance translator in Leipzig, where the cultural scientist and Hispanist has lived for most of his life since his studies. He has always had a soft spot for other languages and, in 2015, scored a direct hit with his first translation – Randall Munroe's "Thing Explainer." Since then, he has had several opportunities to travel to the stars (or into subatomic space) for Kosmos, even if he prefers to spend his free time in or on the water.
