Adelheid Lingg

Adelheid Lingg, born in the Oberallgäu mountain village of Bolsterlang, ran a mountain farm with her family for 25 years in the heights of the Rottachberg. The herbalist, naturopath, and expert on Allgäu plants leads herbal plant training courses and has been giving lectures and seminars on herbal and naturopathic medicine for 30 years. Since 2008, she has regularly appeared as a herbal expert on Bavarian television (Wir in Bayern, every two weeks, Tuesday 3:30–4:45 PM). Adelheid Lingg sees her work as a mediating role, as guidance, to lead people back through the "green gate of nature" and closer to themselves: "... so that over time we can become what we are again."
